Personal data processing notice

2. Data processed

Through the contact form we collect only the data you provide voluntarily: full name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message. Browsing this website does not use profiling cookies or advertising tracking tools.

3. Purpose and legal basis

The data is processed for the sole purpose of contacting you about your proposed donation of materials and organising its possible collection and shipment. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), expressed by ticking the box in the form, and the performance of pre-contractual measures you have requested (art. 6.1.b GDPR). The data is not used for marketing purposes.

4. Methods and retention

Data submitted through the form is delivered to the Controller's mailbox via a transactional email service provider and is not stored in any additional databases. It is kept for the time needed to handle your request and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, except for legal obligations or documentation of completed shipments.

5. Recipients

The data may be processed by technical suppliers providing hosting and email delivery services (including Cloudflare, Inc. and the transactional email provider [PROVIDER NAME, e.g. Resend]), acting as data processors or independent controllers. Some suppliers may be located outside the European Union: in that case the transfer takes place on the basis of adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. Rights of the data subject

You may at any time exercise the rights provided for by arts. 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) and withdraw the consent you have given, by writing to assistenza@tmsvenezuela.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
